We are a veteran owned and operated RV park, centrally located in Milton. Take a short drive south to visit our pristine beaches, historic Pensacola, or explore the Naval Aviation Museum. If you prefer getting into nature, head north to enjoy refreshing spring fed creeks or hike through the Blackwater State Forest. We offer full hookup sites under the shade of magnificent oak trees.   • Take Exit 22 SR-281 North (Avalon Blvd)
  • Turn left (north) onto Avalon Blvd. towards Milton
  • Go 5 miles keep right onto US-90E
  • In 1.7 miles, turn left onto Dogwood Drive (double left turn lanes)
  • In 3.6 miles, turn left onto SR-87N
  • The park is 1.1 miles on the right.

    From I-65

  • Take Exit 77 AL Hwy 41 south toward Brewton
  • Continue south on Hwy 41 for 18 miles into Brewton
  • At the light continue straight over the railroad tracks
  • Keep heading south another 30 miles
  • We are located on the left side of the road just past the Tom Thumb
